SAVE TIME & ENERGY BY BULKING YOUR TASKS
It’s important to create a loose structure to your days/weeks/month in order for you to achieve maximum output in minimum time. Here are some great simple ways to bulk some of your tasks together to save time and energy:
Social Media
Plan, write, find/take images and schedule your posts over a 4 hour session 1-2 times a month.
Pick two 45 min sessions a day to check and respond to emails and then utilise Gmail’s extension “Boomerang inbox pause” to avoid distraction.
Brainstorming sessions
Allocate time once a fortnight for 2-4 hours minimum to work “on the business” rather than ”in the business” and make it a non-negotiable. Sit and really explore the depths of what you want your business and life to look like and explore every idea no matter how wild and far-fetched.
Client catch ups
If you have a face-to-face side of your business or even client calls/video then bulk them together. I guarantee you will feel somewhat exhausted at the end but then you have got them all out of the way and also have an excuse that you can’t run overtime.
Productive timing
Work out when is your most productive time of day in terms of output for your business and work your day around that – if you are fired up first thing then utilise this time and book calls/ admin for later in the day or vice versa.
